The Hospitality Apprenticeship is made up of four key elements:

  • A National Vocational Qualification (NVQ)
  • Key Skills
  • Knowledge requirements
  • Employment rights and responsibilities.

This is a full-time, permanent work-based Apprenticeship in Hospitality. You enjoy on-the-job training towards nationally recognised qualifications at Levels 2 and 3, guided by our professional assessors who provide one-to-one support and advice throughout your programme.

You usually start your training at Level 2, depending on your qualifications and ability. We identify this at your initial assessment.

Course content
Subject areas include:

  • Food and drink service (three routes)
  • Food processing
  • Front office
  • Housekeeping
  • Multiskilled
  • Hospitality and supervision - Level 3.
