This is a full-time, permanent work-based Apprenticeship in Customer Service. You enjoy on-the-job training towards nationally recognised qualifications at Levels 2 and 3, guided by our professional assessors who provide one-to-one suppport and advice throughout the programme.
You usually start your training at Level 2, depending on your qualifications and ability. We identify this at your initial assessment.

Who should apply?
School leavers interested in a Customer Service career or
anyone currently working within a Customer Service environment.
You can apply for this course if you are interested in working within a Fashion / Sports / Department Store, Mobile Phone Store, Chemist, Supermarket, Bridal Shop, Newsagents, Car Spares, Electrical, Gift Shop, Golf Shop, Charity or any other Retail/Customer Service environment.
Duration
Customer Service Apprenticeship - 6 to 8 months.
Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship - 8 months.
