Hospitality


This is a full-time, permanent work-based Apprenticeship in Hospitality. Apprentices train on-the-job towards nationally recognised qualifications.

Apprentices usually start training at Level 2, depending on their qualifications and ability. This is identified at an initial assessment.

Course content
Subject areas include:

  • Food and drink service (three routes)
  • Food processing
  • Front office
  • Housekeeping
  • Multiskilled
  • Hospitality and supervision - Level 3.

 

Duration

  • Apprenticeship - 8. to 10 months
  • Advanced Apprenticeships - 10 months.
