Customer Service


This is a full-time, permanent work-based Apprenticeship in Customer Service. Apprentices train on-the-job towards nationally recognised qualifications.

Apprentices usually start training at Level 2, depending on their qualifications and ability. This is identified at an initial assessment.

Course content
Subject areas include:

  • Developing customer relationships
  • Resolving customer problems
  • Organising, delivering and maintaining reliable customer service.

Duration

  • Customer Service Apprenticeship - 6 to 8 months.
  • Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship - 8 months.
