The Hospitality NVQ Level 2 programme comprises a number of complementary learning units that add value to the way your staff work and to the relationship your business enjoys with your customers.
Multi skilled hospitality services - Level 2
Your employees are trained to:

Front office - Level 2
Personal development enables your employees to competently:

Food and drink - Level 2
Food route - Level 2
Drink route - Level 2
Your employees become competent at:
Four optional units (Food route and Food and drink route) and five optional units are included. Eight units total.
Housekeeping
Your employees are trained to:

Food processing - Level 2
Your employees are trained to:
Eight optional units are included in this NVQ. 11 units in total.
Duration
Six visits take place in your workplace during the qualification period by an assigned assessment officer. The delivery of Train to Gain qualifications takes a flexible approach over a set period of time. Detailed learning aims are agreed with you and your employees.
